FINAL.MATCH is the closing event of MATCHER with institutional guests, corporate managers and startups talking about innovation focused on Human Centric key topics.
It was the moment dedicated to sharing the results of MATCHER – Human Centric Innovation edition 2022. Moreover, various interventions by the institutions and guest speakers were held and the most successful MATCH.POINT matches were presented. The event was fully recorded.

Economic journalist and correspondent for Il Sole-24 Ore, for years she has been combining information and communication activities in collaboration with research companies. She has experience in the independent consulting company Nomisma, in the multinational credit and business information group CRIF and now heads the confindustrial study center Mecs specialized in manufacturing machinery supply chain.

Ruben Sacerdoti
Director of the Department for the Business Internationalisation and FDI attraction – Emilia-Romagna Region
Ruben Sacerdoti has been a manager of the Emilia-Romagna Regional Government since 2003. Since 2022, he has been the Director of the Department for Innovation, Internationalization and FDI attraction. An important part of his activity is in defining and managing medium term programs that favour the international cooperation between the Regional High Technology Network (HTN) and international partners in Europe, North America and Asia, with a particular focus on China. For a period, he moved to the corporate consultancy in the field of innovation, finance, start-up high-tech and venture capital. In 2001 he spent two years at the European Commission, DG Enterprise as Project Officer of Innovation Policy C-1 Unit, managing PAXIS, the Pilot Action of VFP finalized at high-tech start-ups promotion in EU and NACs. He is member of the Managing Board of Italy-China Foundation.

Councilor for economic development and green economy, work, professional skills – Emilia-Romagna Region
Vincenzo is Councilor of Emilia-Romagna Region for economic development and green economy, work, professional skills. He has been the General Regional Secretary of the Emilia-Romagna CGIL (one of the three italian confederal trade unions) and General Deputy Secretary of the national CGIL. He has dealt with industrial innovation, networks, energy, the transport system, infrastructures, investee companies, credit and the Tertiary sector. He has taken part to several studies, researches and publications.

CEO – PoliHub
Amazed by digital innovation, Enrico Deluchi started focusing on “the Internet” at the end of the 1980s, first at Italtel, then AT&T, and finally at Cisco, where he remained for 15 years, holding top-level positions at an international level, before finally arriving at the helm of Canon Italia. In 2017, on the strength of more than 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, manager and investor in the launch and development of digital innovations on the market, he decided to devote himself full-time to the birth and development of new Start-ups as a business angel and mentor for young entrepreneurs, collaborating with incubators and other players in the venture capital ecosystem. An activity that led him to gradually approach PoliHub, the Deep Tech start-up incubator of the Politecnico di Milano, of which he is now CEO.

Paolo Galletti is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Deloitte Central Mediterranean (Italy, Greece, Malta). His has 29 years of management experience in all areas of Human Resources, including people strategy, employee relations, benefit and compensation management, but also learning, performance, employer branding, recruiting and inclusion. During his career, he has developed relevant international experience at management board level, with proven abilities in restructuring organizations and services, crafting and driving strategies, developing and optimizing processes, implementing new methodologies and motivating and managing people, with a specific focus on diversity and inclusion.

Business Developer, Specialist in Innovation and Hi-Tech – IIT, Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia
Emilio Alacevich is a Business Developer Specialist in Innovation and Hi-Tech Entrepreneurship, part of the Startup and Entrepreneurship Office of IIT Technology Transfer Directorate at Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT). His tasks is to develop economics and financial analysis on IIT technologies, to enhance innovation and development processes with responsibilities on supporting the launch of startup companies, developing industrial alliances, internal and external Education on Economics and Finance. He provides support in identifying and negotiating deals with corporations, institutional investors, VCs, BAs, for competitive industrial research and strategic startup companies. The activity led to the launch of 33 new startups.

Roberto Righetti
Director – ART-ER, Actractiveness Research Territory
After several years as a consultant in the fields of economic and environmental development, Roberto Righetti had worked in ERVET (the regional development agency of the Emilia-Romagna Region) since 1994 as an economist and project manager. In 2008, he was appointed Operational Director of ERVET, a role he held until the merger with ASTER and the establishment of ART-ER in 2019. Since 2019, he has been Director of ART-ER, the consortium between the Emilia-Romagna Region, Universities, Research Centres and local actors to promote regional economic and sustainable growth through the development of innovation, attractiveness and the territory.
